Tips for effective Daily Scrum: key principles.
Hi everyone!!! In our team, we were having trouble keeping our daily meetings on time. We often started discussing everything, which made the meetings turn into brainstorming rather than planning. Then we decided that everyone should prepare clearly: record their achievements, tasks and problems in advance. Now our daily scrums take no more than 10-15 minutes, and the team works more coherently. How do you approach such meetings?
Interesting topic! I never really thought about the format of such meetings being a problem. We in the team usually just call each other and quickly decide who is doing what. But I see that you have a more structured approach, which is probably more useful in the long run. Thanks for sharing your ideas!
